During this 2 hour outdoor workshop, you will be guided through a variety of Boot Camp style strength exercises as well as an energizing Hatha Yoga routine. Summer Youth Fitness Classes Begin July 12th! Sign your 7-11 year old up for one or more of RAC's exciting Youth Fitness Classes offered this summer! Classes include creative movement, boot camp, yoga, game day & water fitness. Creative Movement: Creative Movement focuses on having fun and exploring movement, strengthening the body and brain and interacting with others. Instructed by Heather Zoccali. Mondays 9:15-10:00am | July 12 - August 9 | Cost: Member $37.50, Non-member $40.00 Boot Camp: Boot Camp employs remedial exercises that enhance agility, skill, and body awareness all while having fun in a fast-paced environment.
