TRX Suspension Training
TRX Circuit | Mondays at 8:30 am & 5:30 pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12:00pm, Fridays at 5:30am
Challenge yourself with this fast paced workout combo of TRX and cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps going at your own pace. All fitness levels are welcome!
TRX Body Blast | Wednesdays at 8:30 am & 5:30 pm
Build overall strength and endurance with this highly efficient suspension training program. Body Blast is a non-stop workout set to music and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
TRX Plus | Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm
Take our circuit and body blast classes and kick it up a notch. The complete TRX suspension training that incorporates use of the Bosu ball and Fit Balls.

Weights 101

POW Body-Shaping with Jenny Powelka
POW Body-Shaping is a high intensity small group class designed to push all ability levels. Do 5-10 Minute cardio bursts with 5-10 minutes strength/core work in between. RAC Runners
The RAC Runners Club has something to offer everyone interested in improving their fitness through walking, jogging, or running. From the slowest beginning walker to the more experienced runners, RAC Runners can provide training and support geared to all fitness levels. Join today and you can be on your way to completing a 5K, 10K, 1/2 or full marathon while having the support of friends and a motivating coach. Women on Weights

Shoulder, Hip, and Knee Programs
Recent injuries or existing medical conditions don't have to be a show-stopper for sports. Specific exercises can help you to regain, keep or build the fitness level you want. Join Annemarie Muehlbradt for shoulder, hip or knee exercise groups and strengthen your joint specific injuries.
Shoulder Program
Shoulder injuries and rehabilitation after shoulder surgery are welcome in this group. The buoyancy of the water, flex bands and fit balls will assist with the recovery of your shoulder. A detailed workout plan with exercises for the given rehabilitation phase will assist you in regaining your shoulder mobility, stabilize your shoulder joint and balance out your shoulder muscles.

Hip Program
This group is designed for everybody who wants to increase flexibility, stability, strengthen the hip, and pelvis area. This includes pre and post surgery of hip replacements. The Hip Group will focus on specific exercises in the water and in the studio to strengthen and stretch the involved muscles and regain range of motion.

Knee Program
The Knee program is designed to increase the strength and flexibility of your knee. A combination of strengthening and stretching exercises in the water and in the fitness studio will help to build and tone the muscles needed to stabilize your knee joint and increase range of motion. If you need specific training for your knee to regain full range of motion, get your strength back and increase muscle flexibility then this program is for you.
