Due to COVID-19, Youth Programs are currently paused.

Raintree Athletic Club wants to inspire growth and impact lives of all ages, but beginning with our youth. Keeping children of all ages active and providing them with the tools to live a healthy life is extremely important to us. By providing an outlet for RAC Youth, we hope to instill a love for exercise, movement and motion for years to come.
All Youth FIT classes are included with your RAC membership and are designed to give children of all ages a fun “workout”!

Class Schedule

YOUTH PROGRAMS

Junior Dance FiT

Ages 4-6. Junior Dance FiT gets the little ones movin’ and groovin’ with a fitness centered dance class. Working coordination and dance moves this class helps inspire confidence in life. Our instructor will impact you with an inspiring dance workout.

Youth Responsibility Training

This class is for RAC Youth ages 12-14 who would like to have more responsibility and be able to use the RAC more freely. Teens will learn proper gym etiquette & how to use certain equipment, and review areas of the gym that they can use. Successful participants will gain the ability to use the club without the direct supervision of a parent.* *Parent must be on site when teen is using the club.

 

TWEEN Yoga

Ages 8-11. Through yoga activities kids will increase self awareness and self confidence. We will breathe, move, and imagine. Improve motor skills, develop heightened senses, foster emotional growth, build social skills, and foster creativity.

Kids Dance FiT

Ages 7 – 11. Kids Dance FiT gets you movin’ and groovin’ with a fitness centered dance class. This class is for all those kids that just want to boogie on down. Our instructor will impact you with an inspiring dance workout. Learn new dance moves and how to put together a longer dance.

 

Mini Muscles

Ages 4-6. Through movement, games, and activities, we will provide a constructive outlet for energy, a place to meet new friends, learn about building healthy lifestyles, and show that fitness can be fun!

Kids Yoga

Ages 5-7. Through yoga activities kids will increase self awareness and self confidence. We will breathe, move, and imagine. Improve motor skills, develop heightened senses, foster emotional growth, build social skills, and foster creativity.
