CLEANING AND SANITATION

Cleaning Processes

Raintree has created a new department whose sole role is to clean, sanitize and disinfect the entire club from equipment to toilets. All equipment will be cleaned every hour. Every three hours the entire club will be disinfected with the clorox 360 electrostatic sprayer. After each group fitness / yoga class the studio(s) will be disinfected using the clorox 360 electrostatic sprayer. We will be using two products to clean: A quad disinfectant and a quad Sanitizer made and supplied by P&G.

Modified Club hours

The club’s hours have been modified to support deep cleanings overnight. Monday – Friday: 5:00am – 10:00pm & Saturday – Sunday: 6:00am – 10:00pm

Group Fitness Cleaning

We will allow 30 minutes between Group fitness classes for disinfecting the studio and all equipment.

Massage

Covid-19 information for Massage Therapy:
  • Per state regulation, both therapist and client must wear a mask for the duration of the session.
  • All clients must verbally answer Covid-19 symptom checklist questions before the session begins.
  • Treatments involving face massage will not be performed at this time.
What are we doing to keep you protected?
  • Providing disinfected moisture barriers on the table.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available for client use prior to getting on table.
  • HEPA air filters will provide proper ventilation.
  • All handles and surfaces will be sanitized between each session.

SANITIZATION STATIONS

Hand Sanitizer

Members will be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering the club and frequently throughout their visit. The hand sanitizer solution kills up to 99.9% of germs Hand sanitizer will be available at new touchless stations throughout the club and well ad numerous additional pump hand sanitizers around the club.

Cleaning Equipment

Members will be asked to use disinfectant wipes on equipment before and after use in addition to Raintree’s cleaning protocols. Our disinfectant wipes, approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19 are proven to kill 99.99% of bacteria, viruses & fungi on equipment while having the safest EPA Toxicity Rating. Disinfectant wipes and spray will be available throughout the club and at each piece of equipment.

HEALTH CHECKS

Tempature Checks

Our team will have body temperatures taken immediately after entering the club via touchless thermometers. Per CDC guidelines, individuals with a body temperature greater than 100.4 degrees, or local guidelines, will not be permitted entry into the club.

Health Questions

Have you had a cough?
Have you had a fever?
Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days?
Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?

If the answer is yes to any of these questions that client/Team member will not be allowed to
enter the club.

The capacity limit for Raintree is 175 members and team members.

Face Coverings

Per Larimer Health Dept. guidelines, Members & Team Members MUST wear face coverings when entering the club and at all times EXCEPT when a face covering inhibits the members ability to participate in a fitness activity.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP PAUSE

Your Membership Pause

In March, you were billed for the entire month and we closed on March 16th. (We owe you 15 days credit)
You were not billed for April or May. We will open for 6 days of May. •In addition to the 6 days in May, you will not be charged for the first 9 days of June to complete the 15 days of credit.
June membership dues will be based on the 21 remaining days of the 30 days in June or 70% of your normal membership dues.

Checking-In

Members can check-in using their barcode on their Raintree App. https://raintreeathleticclub.virtuagym.com/

Front Desk

New Plexiglass barriers are designed to provide a protective shield between members and the Front Desk. For convenience and to minimize contact, members will be asked to use their credit card on file for purchases. Members are asked to update their card on file by calling the member services team 970-490-1300 option 1.

Towels

To minimize the amount of person to person contact and maintain a safe and clean environment towels will now ONLY be available at the Front Desk.

CLASSES & BOOKING

Advance Booking

Members will be asked to book classes and swim lap lanes in advance. All Classes will be released May 31st, and will be bookable 5 days in advance. This can be done via the Raintree App https://raintreeathleticclub.virtuagym.com/ under “class schedules.”

Give each other space

Decals have been placed in each studio to mark where you must stand/place mat while in a group fitness class.

Capacity

Studio 1- 32, Studio 2 – 24, Barre-12, Cycling-14, and Yoga- 20.

Equipment

All Group Fitness classes, including Cycling, will be designed to facilitate distance between members. Our team will be sanitizing the studio beforehand and after. Some equipment will need to be checked out at the Front Desk. If the class requires you to get equipment before hand it will be indicated on the Raintree App.

Aquatics

All lap lanes will be reservable through the app 24 hours ahead of time. Aqua classes will be just like group fitness where each class will need to be booked online via the RAC app. Aqua classes can be booked up to 5 days in advance.

Treehouse

  • No drop-In’s
  • Reservations must be made on the RAC Virtuagym app or desktop (To access RAC Virtuagym you must first activate your account through a unique email invite that was sent to you. If you no longer have this email please email treehouse@raintreeathleticclub.com to get the invite re-sent.)
  • Max stay is 2 hours
  • Members can book up to 3 days per week (up to 2 hours each day, Sunday-Saturday)
  • We are limited to 10 kids at a time
  • You can book up to 5 days in advance
  • Pricing will remain the same
  • Unlimited Child Care is temporarily unavailable
  • Please purchase vouchers before reserved time slot with the front desk or call 970-490-1300.
  • Team members will have temperatures taken
  • Temperature checks of all kids will be taken before entering Treehouse
  • Questionnaire with guardians for possible symptoms
  • Toys will be on a limited rotation
  • Temporarily not allowing snacks- water bottles are permitted.

Pilates

The Root Pilates Studio will open on JUNE 22!  A few changes have been made with your wellbeing in mind. In addition to the changes Raintree has implemented at the gym, you can also expect to see changes to the pilates studio.
  • The studio has been rearranged to make sure each piece of equipment has adequate space around it.
  • The max per class is 4 people.
  • We have expanded into the Zen Zone so that privates can have the space they need.
  • The Raintree team has been hard at work making sure each piece of equipment is sanitized and ready for the next class; however the expectation is that you will clean your equipment and props after use.
  • You can now enter and exit through the Root Studio door! You must be scheduled in order to enter the space through the door. These doors can not be used for pop-ins.
  • Hands must be washed or sanitized and masks worn upon entering and before you exit the studio.
  • We are requiring that you have grip socks for classes. These are available for purchase at the front desk.
  • If you are feeling ill in any way please stay home.
