Open the work out to view the level, target areas of the body needed equipment, and goals.

Now it’s time to plan your workout! You can set the days of the week and the duration. Then click “plan this workout”.

Now your workout is added to your calendar. When you are ready to do the workout simply go to your calendar and click on a corresponding day to begin.

Each piece of the workout displays an avatar to show you exactly how to perform it.
