A Nebraska native, I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2017 with a degree in Animal Science. While I am still passionate about animals and agriculture, I wasn’t finding the fulfilment in a career in my field that I was hoping for. I knew it was time to make a change. I have had a lifelong passion for health and wellness and helping others, and massage therapy was the perfect fit for me. I graduated from the Therapeutic Massage program at IBMC in Fort Collins in 2021 after having the opportunity to gain invaluable insight and mentorship from some outstanding therapists.
I am well versed in several modalities including: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, and Hot Stone Massage, and I am looking forward to adding more to my toolbox. I firmly believe that self-care is an important part of every health and wellness journey, and massage is an excellent way to treat the mind and body simultaneously. Whether it’s a physical ailment that needs to be addressed, or you are looking for a chance to unwind and come home to yourself, massage is an excellent tool to use. As a therapist, I enjoy the uniqueness of each session and being able to help each client with their individual needs.
In my free time I enjoy reading, hanging out with my family and my dogs, and spending time outside. I truly feel like nothing recharges my mind and spirit like spending time in the sunshine with nature. Whether it’s hiking, paddleboarding, fishing, shooting my bow, or just taking a moment to be still, my happy place is outside! I also enjoy the challenge of learning new things, so I am always looking for opportunities to pick up a new hobby or skill. I am looking forward to supporting each of you in your health and wellness journeys!
