I’ve worked in IT for over 13 years and understand the struggles of a ‘desk job’ especially when we were all working remote. I’ve always been interested in Massage Therapy and had the opportunity to pursue it and loved it. I went to school at Aveda, the Denver Institute, and graduated with high honors in May 2022. Not only did I learn about Massage Therapy at Aveda but I was also introduced to all aspects of hair, skincare, daily wellness, and even the chance to meet professional sports teams who utilize massage.
I know several modalities including Sport, Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and more! I am very passionate about helping others whether it’s an ailment or some much-needed self-care. Massage has many benefits for not only the body but the mind, soul, and spirit as well. I love meeting new clients, learning about their day-to-day lives and how massage can fit into their busy schedule or supplementing their massage sessions with at-home care for a longer-lasting result.
In my downtime, I love anything to do with board games, DnD, Magic, and gaming. I follow the LEC super closely (go G2!), Halo will always have a soft spot, old Windows 98 games and somehow find time to still do yoga. I have many experiences over the years and try to come from a place where I can relate to my clients to better understand what they want and need out of each session. I really do look forward to meeting you and hope we can incorporate massage into your own wellness journey.
