Low impact moves to build functional strength, mobility & flexibility, and balance & coordination.

BALANCE FOR LIFE

A progression based class that enhances balance and strength.

Class Includes:
– Group warm up
– Individual stations
– Cognitive exercise cooldown

BOOTCAMP

An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training.

Functional Flow

Energize your body with a powerful blend of high-intensity training, mobility work, and yoga. Using kettlebells, free weights, and functional movements, this class builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
