Aquatics

Cardio focused aqua class designed to follow the Tabata workout of 20 second intense cardio and 10 second recovery. We maintain this format for 30-40 minutes with a variety of fun, aqua exercises.

Class kicks off with 10 minutes of an active warmup and ends with 10 minutes of toning and stretching. Be sure and bring a water bottle.

Our facility is home to 1 racquetball court as well as a full-length basketball court.

Cycling

Raintree Athletic Club offers a variety of cycling classes as well as scheduled concert & movies nights in our cycling studio, where you can enjoy a leisurely spin or intense workout while watching the scheduled concert and/or movie on the big screen.

Group Fitness

Raintree offers over 70 group fitness classes per week including Les Mills BodyPUMP, BodyCOMBAT, BodyJAM, BodySTEP, BodyFLOW, BodyATTACK, and CXWORX as well as Zumba, Nia, Fit & Fabulous, Core Strength classes and BarrePOWER
