What are the adjusted hours?

The club’s hours have been modified to support deep cleanings overnight. Monday – Friday: 5:00am – 10:00pm & Saturday – Sunday: 6:00am – 10:00pm.

Can I pause/freeze my membership?

Yes! A membership can be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of 3 months per calendar year and there is no fee.

How much is Unlimited Childcare and Treehouse drop-in?

Childcare is $5.00 per visit per child. Unlimited Childcare is a great option if you use the treehouse often. It is $33 per month for the first child and $28 for each child after.

Does Raintree require a mask?

Masks are recommended inside the facility but not required.

Do I have to wear a mask in the pool, hot tub, or sauna?

It is not mandatory to wear a mask but we recommend the use if you are comfortable.

Are there any hidden fees with my membership?

No! Upon sign up you can expect an enrollment fee and to pay for prorated dues for whatever. We also have an annual fee that is deducted once per year.

What is your lost & found policy?

If items are found and turned in, Raintree will hold onto the lost item for 2 weeks. If you feel you have lost something please contact us at 970-490-1300.

Locker Policy

Our lockers are day use only. We do offer locker rentals for an additional charge. Please contact member services to do so.

The Recovery Lounge

What is a recovery lounge?

A special place where members and non-members can go to help their body and mind recover from a workout or the stresses associated with everyday life. Amenities include HydroMassage, compression therapy, percussion therapy, and more.

Who is it for?

All members, young and old.

Is it included in my membership?

Depends on your membership type. At the premium membership rate, the Recovery lounge is included. It is also included for all members that participate in our subscription-based Personal training programs.  It can be added to any member’s membership for only $15 per month with unlimited usage.

When can I use it?

The Recovery Lounge is open during regular club hours.

Where will it be?

Raintree has remodeled the former conference room (next to the RAC cafe and Bar) into the Recovery Lounge.

Do I need to reserve a time to use it or can I just go in?

No reservations are required. First come, first served

What will be in there?

Hydromassage beds:

Water massage is a type of massage therapy that uses the buoyancy of water to reduce weight-bearing stress on bones, joints, and muscles — offering a relaxing, soothing massage experience. Water massage has been scientifically proven as one of the oldest forms of natural treatment used to alleviate exercise and injury-related pain. It can be safely used on patients of nearly any age, which makes it an excellent option for most children, adults, and seniors to enjoy. 

 

 Zero-gravity chairs: Zero gravity chairs are recliners designed to suspend your body in a neutral posture where your feet are elevated in alignment with your heart. When reclined in a zero gravity chair, you experience a weightless sensation, allowing you to deeply relax and release tension.

 

 Hyper-Ice compression systems:  Normatec combines dynamic air compression with a patented Pulse massage pattern. Normatec’s patented Pulse massage pattern enhances blood flow and speedy recovery

 

 Theragun percussion therapy: Theragun Percussive Therapy is massage reinvented™. Dr. Percussive therapy increases blood flow and decreases tension deep within the muscle, using a scientifically calibrated combination of speed and depth to treat your muscles comfortably by overriding the pain signals sent to the brain.

Is there an age limit for those who can use it?

Members and non-members 15 and older can use the recovery lounge.

How will it remain sanitary?

There are wipe stations located throughout the recovery room for members and non-members to clean recovery modalities after each use. Team Members will also sanitize the room hourly.

How would I benefit from a recovery room?

Alleviate exercise and injury-related pain. Enhance blood flow and speed up recovery. Increase blood flow and decrease tension deep within the muscle.

Do I use it before or after my workout?

Both. Theragun percussion therapy is ideal for both warm-up and recovery purposes. The hydromassage and NormaTech compression therapy are better used as a post-workout or recovery therapy.

Masks

It is not mandatory to wear a mask but we recommend the use if you are comfortable.

Cleaning Equipment

Members will be asked to their black towel and provided sanitizer on equipment before and after use in addition to Raintree’s cleaning protocols. Our disinfectant wipes, approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19 are proven to kill 99.99% of bacteria, viruses & fungi on equipment while having the safest EPA Toxicity Rating. Disinfectant wipes and spray will be available throughout the club and at each piece of equipment.

Hand Sanitizer

Members will be asked to use hand sanitizer when entering the club and frequently throughout their visit. The hand sanitizer solution kills up to 99.9% of germs Hand sanitizer will be available at new touchless stations throughout the club and well ad numerous additional pump hand sanitizers around the club.

Capacity Limit

No capacity limits, but we require 6 feet of distance between individuals while exercising.

Checking-In

Members can check-in using their barcode on their Raintree App. https://raintreeathleticclub.virtuagym.com/

Front Desk

New Plexiglass barriers are designed to provide a protective shield between members and the Front Desk. For convenience and to minimize contact, members will be asked to use their credit card on file for purchases. Members are asked to update their card on file by calling the member services team 970-490-1300 option 1.

Towels

To minimize the amount of person to person contact and maintain a safe and clean environment towels will now ONLY be available at the Front Desk.

CLASSES & BOOKING

Advance Booking

Members will be asked to book classes and swim lap lanes in advance. All Classes will be bookable 5 days in advance. This can be done via the Raintree App https://raintreeathleticclub.virtuagym.com/ under “class schedules.”

Give each other space

Decals have been placed in each studio to mark where you must stand/place mat while in a group fitness class.

Capacity

Studio 1- 20, Studio 2 – 15, Barre-10, Cycling-9, and Yoga- 15.

Equipment

All Group Fitness classes, including Cycling, will be designed to facilitate distance between members. Our team will be sanitizing the studio beforehand and after. Some equipment will need to be checked out at the Front Desk. If the class requires you to get equipment before hand it will be indicated on the Raintree App.

Group Fitness

We will allow 30 minutes between Group fitness classes for disinfecting the studio and all equipment.

Massage

COVID-19 information for Massage Therapy:
  • Per state regulation, both therapist and client must wear a mask for the duration of the session.
  • All clients must verbally answer Covid-19 symptom checklist questions before the session begins.
  • Treatments involving face massage will not be performed at this time.
What are we doing to keep you protected?
  • Providing disinfected moisture barriers on the table.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available for client use prior to getting on the table.
  • HEPA air filters will provide proper ventilation.
  • All handles and surfaces will be sanitized between each session.

Aquatics

LAP LANES

  • One person or family per lane (Family Lap time is Mon – Fri – 7:30pm to close, Sat 12pm to close, Sunday all day)
  • Members must sign up for lane space using the Virtuagym app. 
  • This can be done anytime 48 hours prior. 
  • Time slots will be 25 to 50 minutes in total 
  • Members can only sign up for one 50 minute or two (2) 25 minute slots a day
  • Swimmers will need to exit on time, unless the spot after them is open. 
  • No Shared Equipment

 

WATER FITNESS CLASSES

  • Max participants per class is 20 
  • Classes will run for 45-50 Mins max allowing for transition back to lap swim.
  • Members will sign up for classes using the Virtuagym app.  

 

Treehouse

  • Reservations are voluntary and can be made on the RAC Virtuagym app or desktop 
  • Max stay is 2 hours for children under 1 year. Children over 1-year-old can stay 2.5 hours per day
  • Pricing is $33 Unlimited Childcare or $5 voucher per kid per visit
  • Please purchase vouchers before your visit with the front desk or call 970-821-9410
  • A questionnaire with guardians for possible symptoms
  • Toys will be on a limited rotation

Pilates

A few changes have been made with your well-being in mind. In addition to the changes Raintree has implemented at the gym, you can also expect to see changes to the pilates studio.
  • The studio has been rearranged to make sure each piece of equipment has adequate space around it.
  • The max per class is 4 people.
  • We have expanded into the Zen Zone so that privates can have the space they need.
  • The Raintree team has been hard at work making sure each piece of equipment is sanitized and ready for the next class; however the expectation is that you will clean your equipment and props after use.
  • You can now enter and exit through the Root Studio door! You must be scheduled in order to enter the space through the door. These doors can not be used for pop-ins.
  • Hands must be washed or sanitized and masks are worn upon entering and before you exit the studio.
  • We are requiring that you have grip socks for classes. These are available for purchase at the front desk.
  • If you are feeling ill in any way please stay home.
