For individuals who can already swim. This is for ages 6 years old, up to adults. Also, for ongoing work and plans for improvement, specific competition based goals and plans, and fitness-based workout plans written by professional swim coaches.
In-Person
For individuals who can already swim who want to work on specific areas of their swimming – improving a stroke, working turns, better breathing, etc.
This involves intentional workouts and instruction tailored specifically to you and your swimming.
