Join RAC instructor, personal trainer, and nurse/nutritionist Leah Novak, RN, BSN, NTM in in learning lifestyle-based strategies to better achieve and maintain women’s health from ages 35 and beyond. We will briefly discuss what perimenopause is and then teach nutrition concepts to support health during this time. Learn things like how to support health, nutritionally, protein-centric, whole foods plate set up, anti-inflammatory diet low-toxin eating and why, and supplements that can support a nutrient-dense diet.
