This class is a fusion class that bridges barre with TRX and weight lifting to increase upper body strength, core engagement, and balance. We will utilize TRX straps, stability balls and weights. Core, upper body, weight lifting, and glutes will be our focus in class. No previous barre experience needed and this class is for all levels. Exercises can always be progressed or regressed to meet your needs.
