I’m originally from Los Angeles, California and moved to Colorado in 2019 where I was a high school anatomy/physiology/biology teacher for 10 years. I loved working with students and helping them to better understand their body, how it functions and how to take better care of it. I have been coaching strength and conditioning since 2014 and am a Level 2 Crossfit Trainer, US Powerlifting Association Trained. I also coached volleyball at Fossil Ridge High School for 5 years and love being involved in sports and helping others improve their skills.
With a diverse background in education, athletics, and coaching, I bring a unique perspective to the field of massage therapy, coupled with a genuine passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals. I hope to provide natural solutions and body education that empower clients to achieve optimal health and happiness. True wellness goes beyond just the absence of pain; it is about feeling balanced, energized, and fully connected to your body. I believe the therapeutic benefits of massage and bodywork can help unlock your body’s potential to heal, restore, and rejuvenate. Massage therapy is much more than a luxurious indulgence; it is a powerful tool for improving both physical and emotional well-being.
My hobbies include playing volleyball, trail running, reading, Crossfit, lifting heavy weights, hiking and backpacking with my family. I’ve completed 50 and 100 mile ultra marathons and I love being out in nature and on the trails. That is my recharge time.
