Learn your body through gentle stretching with Stretching and Flexibility coach, Casey Johnson.

1. Guided full body stretch routine.
2. Safe and gentle for the average population.
3. Education on equipment to aid with self assisted stretching.
4. Learn to stretch most major muscle groups of the body with proper technique.
5. Education on common daily habits that lead to postural issues/distortions.
