HIIT Barre

Experience a fusion of high intensity interval training with the full body, strength training components of Barre with RAC personal trainer, Lindsey. This class will have the same components of a traditional Barre class, but will add in cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate and get the most out of your workout. $15/person
