Students! Make RAC your gym this summer!

6 March, 2020

School’s out for summer! You know what that means? Well… sunshine, swimming pools, and summer outings — yes. But, you may also need a new gym for the summer months.

For you CSU, Front Range, and even high school students out there: we want you at RAC.

Unless you are taking a full course load for the summer or are part of a sports team with access to a gym, you’ll be cut off from access soon. Although there are many gyms in town that offer summer memberships and monthly deals, Raintree is arguably the best.

For students looking for a summer gym, Raintree offers a three-month deal costing $158. This amount is paid in full and gets you access from May 19th to August 19th.

If you love your membership, RAC offers 12-month deals for students (averaging $41 per month with proof of enrollment). For more info on membership, drop by and talk to a Membership Account Executive or see our rates online.

A three-month RAC student summer membership includes access to:

  • the gym equipment: treadmills, ellipticals, stair-steppers, weight rooms, and much more
  • pool, steam room, and sauna
  • indoor track
  • A full range of classes that include: yoga, core workouts, weight lifting in BodyPump, shadow boxing in BodyCombat, Tai Chi, Zumba, hip hip in BodyJam, cycling classes, circuit training, and many others.
  • Special seminars and educational video showings

Raintree also has personal trainers on site, massage therapists in house, the LesMills GRIT program, Pilates, Barre, Rossiter pain relief sessions, and Biofeedback experts.

Are you sold yet? Take it from a fellow CSU student. We asked previous summer member, Christine Carnicello, what she thought:

“The hours were way more convenient than the CSU rec center, as the rec closes at 8pm during the summer. I also didn’t have to worry about parking — CSU will be fully enforcing all lots this summer,” Christine said.

She used her membership in the summer of 2015, just before her senior year.

“I could always get on a machine and have a relaxing workout. Raintree was definitely worth the money compared to the CSU rec. I was really bummed when my membership ended and my fees kicked back in for the CSU Rec Center,” she said.

Try Raintree out on your first visit absolutely free by bringing in your free pass and filling out a quick waiver. The RAC team will be happy to show you around and answer any questions.

Try a class, hit the free weights, jump in the pool, and have fun!
