Being a women’s ice hockey player and also having done about a year and a half of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I saw a lot of injuries that took people out of the game for long recoveries.  Wanting to help people, I decided to go to Front Range Community college and study Massage Therapy.  I love being able to spend the time with my clients that they need to learn about their body, get the human touch, and feel like they’ve improved.  I believe Massage is one tool in the toolbox of wellness that helps facilitate healing naturally.

While my passion is Sports Massage and injury recovery, I am also proficient in Swedish, Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, and Myofacial Release.  Many of my massages incorporate elements of each of those techniques.  I intend to be a student for the rest of my life, so I am excited to learn more techniques over time so I can provide my clients with the very best I have to offer.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and daughter.  I have an orange tabby cat named Colonel Mustard and a black lab mix named Ivy.  I enjoy crocheting, growing plants from cuttings, playing hockey, and going up into the mountains to camp with my family and pets.  My long term goals are to build an off-grid cabin in the mountains and connect with nature.
